Luke Legere Presents at MACC 2025 Fall Conference

On October 25, 2025, Luke H. Legere led a workshop at the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commission’s 2025 Fall Conference in Devens, Massachusetts.  His presentation on the “Nuts and Bolts of Permitting 40B Projects for Conservation Commissions” fostered a lively discussion of the roles and authority of local conservation commissions in the context of proposals for construction of affordable housing under M.G.L. c. 40B.  As a long-time member of his town’s conservation commission, Luke always enjoys educating fellow conservation commissioners on the issues they face.
