On February 20, 2026, Luke participated as a presenter for the “Basics of Wetlands Permitting” webinar hosted by the Real Estate Bar Association. The program offered an overview of state and local wetlands permitting geared towards attorneys interested in learning more about this area of the law. The presentation and questions from the audience spurred a good discussion of the pressing, practical issues and topics facing environmental lawyers across Massachusetts.
